The Hawk Library is Pocahontas Middle School’s hub for information.  Students, teachers, staff and parents enjoy the rich collection of books, audiobooks, online databases, magazines and wii video games.  This website allows students to visit the library 24/7 to access electronic information, search for books, and learn about special events.  The library supports the curriculum by adding resources to its collection and by collaborating with teachers to plan, teach, and assess lessons.    Students visit the library to conduct research, develop media and information literacy skills, and check out books for projects and pleasure.  The library plans special events that promote the love of reading and embrace new technologies.

Library Hours:

• 8AM-3:30PM and by appointment.
• If you need to stay after school to work on a project, please talk to a librarian about making an appointment.
